No food restrictions

Unlike orthodontic braces which restrict the consumption of things like corn on the cob and toffee, Invisalign allows you to eat what you want to, when you want to.

However, it is worth investing in a small toothbrush to carry with you when you are out and about. After eating any meal, give your teeth a quick brush and then put the brace back in. You don’t want to trap food debris against your teeth!
