Made from clear plastic, these aligners slot over your teeth perfectly and will not be easily spotted by friends, family or co-workers. But they can be susceptible to staining, so while you are wearing them, you should only drink water and should refrain from smoking.

In order to keep them sparkling or clear, you should wash them twice a day under a cold tap or invest in cleaning crystals to soak them in.
